Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, says:
"Tell the believing men to lower their gaze, and protect their private parts. This is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do." [24:30]
"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their private parts, that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what ordinarily appear thereof. That they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons." [24:31]

Beautiful words
Advice a good sister gave me today which I would like to share with you guys:
You'll see in life that that there are two types of people in everything. Amongst these, there are some people who seek what they desire through themselves. Although they might find that their life becomes so much better, they soon find that they have failed, get depressed, or are not content, or think where did their life go wrong? Then you have people who have just as high ambitions and desires, BUT they seek it through Allah. They have a plan in mind, then put their trust in Allah, be regular in prayers and dhikr, and are spuritually connecting to Him... They find that although the road is a long and hard one, there will be ups and down, but as long as they seek it through Allah, there is Barakah in what they do and so they are those that are successful...
Such beautiful words to think and reflect over.
May Allah bless this sister, Ameen.

O' Allah keep me away from those who do bad and those who will have no benefit to me in this life nor the hearafter. But keep me close to those who remind me of you, and those who will benefit me in this life and the hearafter.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the Almighty God, the Lord of the worlds; and all prayers and blessings are upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, his family, Companions and followers. After a very demanding and tiring day, I have yet to conclude my blog today with this post.
An amazing book, written by Dr. 'Aid al-Qarni 'You can be the happiest woman in the world' with many beautiful stories, hadiths and beneficial points, it is hands down one of the best religious books I have read.
The story I would like to share with you guys is one written under the heading 'Advice of a successful woman'.
A modern mother offered her daughter the following advice:
"O' my daughter, you are about to emark on a new life -- a life which there is no room for your father and mother, or for any of your brothers and sisters. In this new life you will become a companion to your husband who will not want to share you with anyone. Not even your own flesh and blood.
Be a wife to him and a mother. Make him feel that you are everything to him in life. Always remember that a man, any man is like a big child and any sweet word will make him happy. Do not make him feel that by marrying you he had deprived you of your own family, for he is experiencing similar feelings himself. He has also left his parents house and left his family for your sake. But the difference between him and you is the difference between man and woman; a woman always longs for her family and the house in which she was born and grew up. But she has to resign herself to this new life and adapt to living with this man who has become her husband and who will be the father of her children... this is your new world.
My daughter! this is your present and your future, this is your family which you and your husband will make together. I am not asking you to forget your father, mother and siblings, because they will never forget you. How can a mother forget the child who is the apple of her eye? But I am asking you to love your husband and live with him and be happy in your life with him"

The Prophet, PBUH said:
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen may Allah have mercy on him said in Sharh Riyaadh al-Saaliheen (1/591):
“This indicates that it is obligatory to respect the Muslims who affirm their Islam by praying Fajr, because no one offers Fajr prayer but a believer. And it is not permissible for anyone to transgress against them”.

”Know that the path to Allah is not a flat one. Your iman (faith) will go up and down. Your ability to worship will go up and down. But, know that for every dip, there is also a rise. Just stay patient, stay consistent, don’t lose hope and seek help in Allah. The path is hard. The path will have bumps and drops. But, like all things in this life, this path will come to an end. And that end will make it all worth it!”"
